One number to reason about. Everything else on the platform is unmetered.
Credits granted by a recurring plan are for that period and are replaced when the period renews. Credit packs bought outright do not renew. Your plan page in the app shows the balance and the renewal date. Contacts you have already unlocked never expire — they stay available to your workspace whatever happens to the balance.
The unlock stops at the last contact your balance covers and tells you so — the response reports which contacts were unlocked and that it stopped for credits. You are never charged for a partial reveal, and nothing is unlocked that you could not pay for.
Yes. If the email verification comes back invalid or disposable at the moment of unlock, the credit returns to your balance in that same request. There is nothing to claim.
No. Exporting contacts your workspace has already unlocked is free and unlimited, in CSV, with the columns you choose. There is no export of masked or un-unlocked records.
Yes, up to the seat count on your plan. Credits and unlocked contacts belong to the workspace, not to an individual, so a contact one person unlocks is immediately available to everyone else at no further cost.
Yes. For large lists, agency use across many clients, or API volume above the standard rate limit, email hello@businesslist.ai and describe the segment and the volume.
