If your business contact details appear in our dataset and you do not want them there, submit the address below. We will suppress it. No account, no fee, and no obligation to explain why.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives consumers the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information. Because we make business contact records available to our customers, we treat that as a sale or share under the law and we honour this request for anyone who submits one, wherever they live. We do not require you to prove California residency, create an account, or justify the request.
We keep the address itself on the suppression list. That is the only way to guarantee it is never reintroduced by a later data update, and it is used for nothing else.
Suppression stops future distribution. It cannot reach back into a copy a customer exported before your request, and it does not affect any other company that holds your details. If someone contacts you after opting out, they may be working from a list they downloaded earlier, or from an entirely different source. Ask them to stop and tell us at privacy@businesslist.ai if it appears to be our data.
We also do not confirm whether an address was in the dataset before you submitted it. The response is identical either way, so this form cannot be used by anyone else to test whether you are in the data.
To request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted outright rather than suppressed, email privacy@businesslist.ai from the address in question, or from an address we can reasonably tie to you. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need the one extension the law allows.
You may use an authorised agent. We may ask for proof of their authority, and for enough information to match you to a record. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
